Operational Personnel

The following personnel are authorized to exercise operational control of the charter operation conducted in accordance with this Operations Manual and the Operations Specifications as permitted in their duties and responsibilities:

President: Roger Bates

Director of Ops: VACANT

Chief Pilot: VACANT

Director of Maintenance:VACANT

President – Duties and Responsibilities

The President is the directing officer of Kesuk Virtual. The President directs all policies and planning of Kesuk Virtual. The President is directly responsible for all phases of business and represents Kesuk Virtual on all matters pertaining to business. The President also directs all departments within Kesuk Virtual, ascertaining that all Kesuk Virtual procedures are adhered to.

Director of Operations – Duties and Responsibilities

Director of operations reports to the President.

A. Administers and directs overall activities of the flight department in accordance with company directives and policies.

B. Contributes to the corporations profit objective by employing the most efficient and economical business practices.

C. Coordinates flight activities with other departments. Such as VATSIM or other online organizations.

D. Directs cockpit and cabin crew members.

E.Directs personnel engaged in flight administration (crew schedule activities)

F.Recommend new or revised policies, procedures and programs based on existing situations.

Chief Pilot – Duties and Responsibilities

The Chief Pilot reports to the Director of Operations and the Chief Check Airman.

A. The Chief Pilot shall maintain discipline among crewmembers informing the Director of Operations as required.

B. The Chief Pilot shall formulate an Operations News System that will keep all Operations personnel informed of current activities or changes.

C. The Chief Pilot shall be in charge of the standards of flight checks and training and monitor all flight checks being done.

D. The Chief Pilot is in charge of the Training Manual.

Director of Maintenance - Duties and Responsibilities

Director of Fleet Maintenance reports to the President.

A. The Director of Fleet Maintenance shall be responsible for the overall maintenance program and will insure the continued airworthiness of Kesuk Virtual aircraft.

B. The Director of Fleet Maintenance shall select and appoint such personnel as are required to efficiently produce a quality working fleet.

C. The Director of Fleet Maintenance will assume the control of, and the responsibility for all work accomplished by the contract agencies and other facilities or persons approved by Kesuk Virtual.

Pilot in Command - Duties and Responsibilities

Pilot in Command: The Pilot in Command (PIC or Captain) shall report to the Chief Pilot. When on flight duty the PIC (captain) is in command of the aircraft from preflight, throughout the flight until off duty at the assigned destination.

A. The PIC is responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of the flight to which he is assigned.

B.The PIC is responsible for the completion of all forms and flight logs required in the flight reporting of a flight.

C.The PIC is responsible for compliance with VATSIM regulations.

D.The PIC is responsible for completing the block of flights dispatched to complete. This means he must be in contact with the SIC to make sure repositioning flights are completed and logged.

Second in Command - Duties and Responsibilities

The first officer may also be referred to as Second in Command (SIC) or Co-pilot. The First Officer will report to the Chief Pilot. When on duty, the F/O shall report directly to the PIC.

A.The SIC is responsible for completion of all forms and flight logs required in the reporting of flights assigned to

B.The SIC will act as PIC on all positioning flights in the dispatched package of flights to the PIC.

C.The SIC is responsible for compliance with VATSIM regulations.

Rules of Conduct at Kesuk Virtual Charters

Rules of Conduct

A. All employees of Kesuk Virtual are expected to comply with the Employee Rules. Kesuk Virtual also requires that employees comply with such laws and regulations as may be established by VATSIM, federal, state, and local authorities as well as company rules. Violation of Company rules may result in discipline or discharge from Kesuk Virtual.

B. Reporting for Assignments: A flight Crew member is to report to all dispatched and accepted flight assignments.

C. Consumer and Public Relations: General discussion or criticism in public of Kesuk Virtual or its personnel will not be tolerated. Criticism or suggestions concerning company policy or procedures should be made through proper channels to the responsible department head.

D. Flights: All Kesuk Virtual flights shall be flown on VATSIM’s network online.

E. In Flight Rules: [1.] No Kesuk Virtual employee may increase the simulation rate of a flight over 1X. [2.] All flight data must be reported after every flight. [3.] All flight crews must be available for a two week on two week off schedule.

Crew Organization

[1]. If there are two equally type rated pilots assigned to an aircraft then dispatch will designate and specify the PIC on each flight.

[2]. The crew must be in contact with each other by email or any other means of communication to ensure flights are completed so the next flight in the string of assigned flights may be completed.

[3]. All crew members must follow all VATSIM regulations and conduct themselves in a professional manner on the radio.

Flight Management

Preflight Duties of the flight crew.

A.To plan the flight to avoid any potentially hazardous weather conditions.

B. To determine that the aircraft has sufficient fuel and oil of the proper grade.

C. To file the proper IFR flight plan in accordance to VATSIM regulations.

D. To determine that the aircraft is properly released by dispatch.
